As the Official Patron of PGA of America, Mercedes-Benz introduced a high-tech and history-themed respite for the visitors at the 91st Championship tournament: The PGA Performance Center. Centuries of the evolution of golf and nine generations of the Mercedes E-Class were paired to make a perfect promotional drive. The message was channeled into this immersion space by a multi-faceted, masterfully produced embrace of Multimedia with actual automobiles and artifacts.
Event visitors were greeted by the latest Multimedia starting from a battery of LCD monitors. A product specialist operated a 10'x5' wall-mounted interactive multi-touch screen, familiar from current news broadcasts. The client successfully utilized multi-touch computing tables. Multiple guests interacted directly with parallel programs about the PGA and Mercedes-Benz with feature that enabled the sending of e-mails. All this was backed by a super-wide heroic-size 60'x10' LED video wall.
